Located only 15 minutes from Morristown, Exit 8, our wedding and events venue is located in the Point Pleasant Community of Newport, Tn. Family owned and operated, the 100+ acre East Tennessee farm holds tradition in agriculture way of life and is still a working cattle farm today. The barn sits in the middle of and open field with amazing views of rolling hills and open sky. Our wooded side field is perfect for photos as well as an option ceremony site but, our gorgeous hill top "Overlook" is loved by all those who have visited. The view from the top in deed is the best view and perfect for first look and intimate bride and groom photos as well as bridal party. Whether you select the old willow oak tree setting for your ceremony or the back lawn with rolling hill line and now our small intimate wedding in the hollow option, you decide where you and your guest will gather. Our venue is perfect for small to elaborate celebrations with indoor and outdoor options. In the event of rain, the ceremony and reception can both be held indoors or under our open air pavilion. We would love to have you tour and see how we can help in making your next event extra special. We are eager and excited to share our passion for all size celebrations as well as share our property that we call home. We will meet many of you as strangers but, hope to have you leave as a life-long friend that will keep coming back for all your important life moments that are to be celebrated.

As of 2022, we will take a much needed break in the months of January to mid March due to the amount of love and referrals we receive during all other months that have us celebrating back-to-back Saturday and Sunday. We will use this time to be with family and come back with our full attention and passion that you deserve for your celebration.
